I think one part of growing up is finding yourself buying things you never thought you would be interested in. For example, I can’t explain how excited Lauren and I were to recently buy a slow cooker, and I thought I might piss myself with excitement when we picked up some garden furniture at the weekend. However, not ALL of things I want to buy are sickeningly boring. Over the last year or so I’ve also found myself tempted by the odd designer fashion and beauty item, and the Selfridges website is always where I head for a bit of luxury lusting.
The things on this wishlist range from the ‘I could pop in and buy this’ £26 YSL lipstick to the ‘hahaha not even in your wildest dreams, peasant’ £780 Alexander McQueen heels. In between lie plenty of beautiful pieces that would be the PERFECT ‘to me from me’ presents. Er, are half-birthdays a thing in real life, or..?
Oh, and don’t judge me for the Burberry scarf – I really feel like they’ve made a perfectly acceptable comeback since the days of Daniella Westbrook and fake caps on market stalls (or so I’m telling myself).

YSL lipsticks are always on my wish list. I’m definitely tempted by the Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery too. And, absolutely no judgement on the Burberry scarf here. They’ve definitely made a come-back.

I’ve seen a few Burberry scarves on eBay recently, can pick up a genuine one for around £30-40 it seems so that might be my more affordable option aha! Are you a millionaire yet then? 😉 xx
