I don’t know about you, but when it comes to my Christmas shopping, my dad is actually the hardest person to buy for. This is because when you ask him what he would like, he usually responds with something ridiculous like “a map” or “a new Thermos”, or the ultimate annoying dad answer: “Don’t worry about me, I don’t need anything.” UGGGHHH, DAD. Please tell me I’m not alone in this?
Anyway, this year, I’ve had a bit of a stroke of genius and have bought my dad tickets to see Sean Locke (and of course I naturally get the second ticket – BAHAHA, present buying at its finest), but I’ve put together the above selection of gift ideas for anyone still struggling. They all generally fit into the three categories of dad presents: gadgets, alcohol and sensible accessories. I find that sticking to these categories means you can’t go too wrong, and your dad might actually realise there are more exciting things on Chrismas day than a new A-Z.
