Hello guys, gals and furry animals, and welcome to my second monthly round-up post of the year. Yes, I’m well aware it’s now June. No, I don’t know what I’ve been doing every month when I should’ve been creating these posts – probably just watching Louis Theroux docs and/or drinking gin. Time flies, y’know.
Anywho, May seems like a good time to re-start the round-ups as it was actually a pretty good month. I went to the races, walked an alpaca (not in the above collage but included below as a super special treat) and generally took part in plenty of eating, drinking and being merry. The sun finally showed it’s face in Costa Del Cov for a couple of days, so it’s been nice to spend a couple of evenings chilling out, maxing and relaxing outside with a casual drink or eight. FYI if you’re looking for a new alcoholic bev this summer then I thoroughly recommend checking out Cranes, who sent me a couple of bottles of their new cider to try. The cider’s made with cranberries, which means it has 30% less calories than other ciders. It’s really light and fruity, and I think the Cranberry & Lime flavour could just be my new favourite drink. Shh, nobody tell Aperol.
Shopping-wise, I was actually pretty restrained during May. I stocked up on an old favourite foundation of mine, Vichy’s Dermablend (review), and also picked up those ahh-mazing red H&M earrings from the Gracechurch Centre as part of their Fashion in the Frame campaign that I’m taking part in. There’ll be a full post about that in the next few days revealing all, but for now please bask in the beauty of these earrings (my boyfriend hates them, natch, but what do men know?)
I’ll leave you now with the below image of me and an unimpressed alpaca. Farewell.
What have you all been up to this month? Let me know in the comments!
I love the photo with the Alpaca! SO cute 🙂 & Oh that cider sounds absolutely gorgeous! I really will need to try that out as I love fruity drinks in the Summer.
