How to Lighten Your Eyebrows | Smooth Care Review & Results

Eyebrows Bleaching 2As I think I’ve only mentioned, ooh, around thirty times in the past week, I recently decided to bleach my hair. When I told my mum of my decision, her question was the same that it was when I used to bleach my hair from the ages of 17-21 (as in she literally asked me this at least every other month for four years): “Don’t you think you should do something about your eyebrows then?”

Although I always quite liked the contrast of dark brows and glowing-like-a-beacon hair, I decided that this time she may have a point and a lighter look all over could look better this time around.

As always, I took to the internet to search for how to go about lightening my eyebrows. As always, the usual boring people on Yahoo Answers and beauty forums came back with the usual boring answers: go to a salon/get a professional/don’t do it yourself/you’ll go blind/BLAH BLAH BLAH. Some people just don’t have a sense of adventure do they? So then I took to Twitter, and had a few DIY kits recommended to me by you lovely lot (who are altogether much more knowledgeable than the Yahoo Answers Scaredycats).

I assumed I would be looking for something specifically for eyebrows, but instead I had facial hair bleaches recommended to me, which made much more sense. I ended up buying Boots’ own brand Smooth Care Hair Lightener, which cost me just £2.66. Yes, the boy behind the till did have a sneaky look at my upper lip to see if I was rocking a ‘tache, and looked a little disappointed that I wasn’t.

Eyebrow Bleaching 3

Eyebrow Bleaching 5The kit comes with a tube of Hair Lightener, a tube of Accelerator Cream, a pot and a spatula. The instructions are very simple: mix a bit of these together, whack it on the hair you want to lighten, leave for 10 minutes and VOILA. Of course it wasn’t quite a VOILA case with me, as those are instructions to fully bleach the hair and I only wanted to lighten my eyebrows. I therefore decided to check my eyebrows every 30 seconds or so to make sure they weren’t going too light. Oh, and I also put some on my lady-tache (or misstache)  anyway, just to get the most from my money. Here I am looking fit:

Eyebrow Bleaching 4Yes, my thumbs are weird.

After removing a bit to check the colour and dabbing a bit more on a few times, I think the cream was eventually on my eyebrows for about five or six minutes before I decided I was happy enough with the colour. Remember: you can always add more later if you still want them lighter, whereas over-lightening them could leave you  having to faff about fixing them.

So here is how they turned out!

Eyebrows Bleaching 1I’m very very VERY pleased with the results, and consider this to be a victory for DIYers everywhere (didn’t even go blind so HA). I think it’s had quite a big impact on my overall look, with my face looking much softer now that my hair and eyebrows don’t look like they’re fighting on opposite sides of a war. Also, even though it was light before, the worry that you might actually have a moustache is one that can strike you with fear every now and then – usually when you’re on a date – so I’m also happy to know that my misstache is now completely bleached.

The other excellent thing is that I have LOADS AND LOADS of the kit left still, so it’s brilliant value for money if you need to re-apply, or if you want to get all your friends round for some kind of tache-bleaching party (I don’t know what you kids do for fun these days).

Manuka Doctor: Apinourish Introductory Kit Review.

AH SKINCARE. I’m on the eternal hunt for skincare that works miracles for my useless skin. I have big pores, oily, prone to blemishes, uneven… i.e. the biggest snore known to humankind. I’ve used products that work, products that don’t, but haven’t yet come across that one product that I am like, ‘yes, you are the one. Let’s settle down and have many children together’.

The kind humans at ChemistDirect.co.uk sent Claire and I a few products (I thoroughly recommend checking out their site if you haven’t already…makeup/skincare/EVERYTHING galore. The prices tend to be a bit cheaper than RRP – so worth it) and I picked the Apinourish Introductory Kit by Manuka Doctor. I’ve heard loads of good things about the brand and figured it would be a good way of trying a few of their products in one go.

So anyway…bee venom.

Am I the only one that imagines the concept of bee venom skincare as a swarm of bees stinging your face, while you run around shouting ‘GUT GOTT, I BETTER LOOK LIKE SCARLETT JOHANSSON AFTER THIS’? Apparently, that’s not actually how it works. The Manuka Doctor products come in quite unassuming packaging, not even a single live bee in sight. The idea of bee venom is to trick your skin into believing it’s been mildly stung, meaning your skin looks more youthful, wrinkle free and generally in better condition. I may only be 22, but I’m keen to get the anti-ageing process started so that I ideally look about 5 years old by the time I’m 40.

DSCN2937

These are the products I chose, they’re sample size (25ml) but I’ve been using them for around a week and they are nowhere near running out. It’s practically magic.

Repairing Skin Cream:

I’ve been using this as my day cream under makeup, and I’ve been hugely happy. It’s not greasy at all and is so so soft. It smells quiet nice, fresh with a hint of chemically smell (it’s not unpleasant!). It works well as a primer too and I’ve noticed my makeup staying on really well. Top marks Manuka Doctor!

DSCN2934

Rejuvenating Face Mask:

I love a face mask, there’s something about sitting with a load of gunk on your face to make you feel like a beautiful woman. This one is really moisturising and my skin feels and looks amazing afterwards. The large size of the face mask is £49.99 and I think you can really tell this is a higher end product (particularly as my masks masks usually come from the 99p price range). I totally recommend guys!

DSCN2921

Restoring Night Cream:

Some of you may be horrified to know that I’ve never owned a night cream. I am a failure of a beauty blogger. So, I don’t have much to compare this one to BUT I love it! It smells lovely and is really thick/moisturising. My skin looks even and  smooth when I wake up in the morning, which is something that doesn’t happen often.

DSCN2941

OVERALL…I am truly loving this range of moisturiser. I’ve found my skin is improving daily (which is great for impatient gals like me) and I’m not wearing as much foundation as I usually do. HUZZAH AND THREE CHEERS FOR MERRY ENGLAND.

Manuka Doctor products are currently 3 for 2 at ChemistDirect.co.uk, so please do yourself and the bees of this world a favour and go and get involved!

Has anyone else tried Manuka Doctor? PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!

New Look’s A/W 2013 Denim Campaign

New Look Denim 2

If in a few years time you’re asked to recall what major events happened in 2013, what will you say? That our future king was born? That the Pope quit? That Miley Cyrus became a full time hoochie? NO, you won’t say any of these things unless your priorities are completely out of whack. You will instead say that 2013 was the year of the denim revolution.

This summer, we saw denim enter our lives in ways which we might not have expected. I for one had a lifelong hope that denim skirts would NEVER make a comeback after the god-awful denim mini skirts of the early 00s (I think my sister actually had one with some sort of jewels on, though I’m hoping that was just a nightmare I had). But lo and behold, there I was in 2013 handing my money over to the fine people of Topshop in exchange for a denim skater skirt which I absolutely loved. Then when the 90s trend came along, dungarees came with it. Once again, I was left gobsmacked by the fact that people actually looked decent in them and not just like they were performing in a Dexy’s Midnight Runners tribute act, about to burst into a rousing chorus of ‘Come On Eileen’. Certainly, it was an exciting season for denim.

As we head into Autumn/Winter, our legs become chilly and thoughts inevitably start to turn to jeans. There was definitely a worry that the humble jeans could end up losing popularity now that we’ve experienced what life is like with their funkier denim cousins (if you didn’t have this worry then, again, you need to think about your priorities). Thankfully though, new Autumn/Winter denim ranges are starting to be released and BY JOVE, THEY’RE FUN.

New Look are one store who have just launched their new denim campaign. While they still have a range of denim shorts, jackets, dungarees and skirts to swoon over, it’s the jeans that have attracted my attention. In terms of fit and shape, there isn’t really anything revolutionary to report. The skinny jean is still king of all it surveys, with three variations hitting stores: the skinny, the highrise skinny and the super skinny. For those who like the skinny look but also want to feel like they can chow down on as many biscuits as they like (i.e. ME), jeggings are also featured strongly in the new campaign. And for those who just can’t get on with skinny denim, there’s the classic bootcut.

New Look Denim 1

What’s really interesting about the new range, though, is what’s being done with texture and pattern. Coloured jeans seem to have taken a bit of a back seat this season. While there are still burgundy and electric blue hues around, pastels are firmly out (so sorry, lavender jeans, away you go). Instead it’s all about the finish of the jeans. Acid wash remains huge, but the new big cheese on the block (let’s all pretend that’s a real phrase please) is coated jeans. If you’re not quite brave enough for full leather trousers or disco pants, then coated jeans are the much more wearable take on the trend, and can be dressed up or down for effortless style.

Acid Wash Jeans

Coated Jeans

As always, I’m SUPER impressed with New Look’s latest denim offerings. With leg lengths ranging from 28″-34″, they cater to all different shapes and sizes – even us teeny tiny hobbit girls. For a full look at their Autumm/Winter denim campaign, have a look at NL Daily.

What do you all think of the latest season’s denim trends?

Going from Brown to Blonde at Home: Colour B4 Review.

Good day to you fine wenches,

I am currently embarking on a truly exciting adventure…I’m attempting to dye my hair from brown to blonde at home. After watching countless (and I mean countless) videos on YouTube of girls who have done a similar process, I decided to finally take the plunge and give it a whirl.

I’ve been keen to dye my hair blonde for a while now. I used to be a part of the blonde gang at uni until I went red and then eventually brown – I do like being down with the brown, however it’s time for a change. Call it a quarter life crisis if you will but, by the good Gott in Himmel, I need something to amuse myself. The only question is: is cottage cheese really made in cottages  how on earth do you approach blonde hair when you have pretty dark brown hair that is a giant mixture of salon dye, box dye and henna?

WELL. From what I gathered on my YouTube research, the best place to start is with a hair colour remover/stripper (also, most people say you shouldn’t even attempt it at home…to you I say WHERE IS YOUR SENSE OF ADVENTURE). There are actually quite a few hair colour remover products on the market, but I decided to go with Colour B4 Hair Colour Remover Extra Strength. This is mostly because the reviews were all pretty good on Amazon/other blogs but also because I liked their funky way of spelling ‘before’. I ordered it from Amazon for about £8 – but they vary from £6-£11.

1240498_10152419295817565_1916808767_n

I won’t go into too much detail (mostly because I’m still pretty baffled to how it actually works) but it seems that a lot of scientific things go on with molecules and shrinking, which finally means the Colour B4 has removed as much hair dye as it can. I didn’t have high hopes for my hair to be quite honest with you all. Since I’d bleached my hair, used red hair dye for a long time, dyed my hair with henna AND used red tinted brown dyes in the past…I’d pretty much used every product that Colour B4 says isn’t compatible with the hair remover product.

I still thought WHY THE HELL NOT, and progressed to put it on my head. Colour B4’s remover comes with 3 different products:
A: Activator
B: Remover
C: Hair Treatment Buffer.

You mix together the Activator and the Remover and then leave it on for between 30 mins and an hour!

The rinsing bit is the most important part of removing colour, you genuinely have to spend HOURS (well, 15 mins or so) rinsing and it’s very boring. This is the part where you add the buffer, which is basically a jazzy shampoo.

PicMonkey CollageExcuse the WUBBISH iPhone photos, I forgot to take pictures on our camera during daylight hours!

This was the result! It’s not hugely different, maybe 2 or 3 shades lighter*, but as I said – I wasn’t expecting much because of my dark brown shade AND all of the random stuff I’ve put on my hair in the past few years. It’s actually lighter in person too, but NOWHERE would pick up the colour properly, sob.

*I then proceeded to put an ash blonde colour on, where my hair practically reverted to its original colour. The eager beaver that is me, is back to square one.

A Week in Instagram #2

Instagram 10th Sept

Instagram 10th Sept 2Hola chicas! We’re back with our second Week In Instagram post. We’re moving house in a couple of weeks and so are on a strict spending ban because of deposits and fees and all those undesirable things – as such, it’s not been the most exciting week ever. We’re still going to force photos on you though. Bahaha.

1. After a couple of years on the dark side, Lauren’s decided to dye her hair back blonde. This colour stripper is the first step in the process – everybody keep your fingers crossed!
2. Lauren’s FOTD from her night out at the weekend. As subtle as ever, I’m sure we’ll all agree.
3. This is basically how I spent my entire weekend after finally setting my internet TV up. Lovefilm, loads of tea and a faint concern that I may start to develop bed sores.
4. Some lovely Manuka Doctor products that we had delivered this week!
5. We launched our giveaway! All you need to do to win a MAC lipstick of your choice is follow us on Bloglovin’ and Twitter, and then you can earn extra entries by tweeting about the giveaway, liking our page on Facebook, and sending us biscuits in the post (okay, that one might not be true – but please, still feel free to do so).
6. Lauren’s FOTD, facing her last day in the world as a brunette.
7. Can you believe this makeover came courtesy of an app? It’s called Perfect 365 and has a variety of makeup filters – it has to be said, this is borderline addictive.
8. We were lucky enough to have some London Fashion Week invitations pop through our door! Of course we’re hugely grateful and would absolutely love to go, but this spending ban of ours means we can’t make it down to London this week. This is where the crying face emoji would go if this were a text message.

La Riche Directions White Toner: Review & Results

White Toner 2

Why hello there, you scoundrels. Some of you might have read my post last week where I documented how I home bleached my hair. Although I was really happy with how it turned out (and most importantly, the fact that I didn’t go bald) I knew the yellowy-toned bleach colour wasn’t what I wanted this time around and so decided to buy a toner to attempt to get my hair the white/grey colour of my dreams. The toner that I bought was La Riche’s Directions semi permanent white toner. I bought two pots from this eBay seller for £7.89 – I think you can track them down cheaper in shops, but I was happy enough with this price for two.

The toner was really easy to use. After washing hair, you apply this and then are instructed to leave it on for 15 minutes. Because I had some quite strong yellow tones in my hair, and also because I wanted it as white as possible, and ALSO because I just like being a risk-taking motherbitch, I decided to leave it on my hair for closer to half an hour. I rinsed it out and VOILA:
White Toner 4

Apologies for the poor quality iPhone pictures, but I think this demonstrates the results pretty well. As you can see, the toner managed to take almost all of the yellow out of my hair. The parts which had the brassiest tones – annoyingly, right by my fringe at the front of my head – still remained a slightly different colour, but this was to be expected considering all of the different things I had going on in my previously dyed, extension-filled head of hair. Because I left it on longer than suggested, some bits took on a lilacy hue but to be honest I was fully okay with this, and actually quite like it.

The toner left my hair feeling nicely conditioned, and one pot was enough to do my whole head (which might not sound like a great feat, but bear in mind it took three boxes to bleach). It’s supposed to fade after a couple of weeks, but I’m hoping my silver shampoo and conditioner, coupled with the fact that I try to get away with washing my hair as little as possible, will drag the colour out for a bit longer.

I’m still on a mission (entitled Operation Granny Chic)  to get my hair even whiter, so will keep everyone updated on how this goes. If anyone has any product recommendations for me then let me know!

Outfit of the Day: Missguided Printed Midi Dress.

P1060837-1

Hello dear pals,

This is just a quick OOTD from Saturday night. I popped home back to Cheshire where my parents live for the night, because one of my best pals returned from travelling and we went for a delightful night out. The palaver of getting my mum to take this photo is the reason why I look like a genuine gomp (particularly as my brother and dad were chuckling to themselves in the background SHUT UP DAD, THIS IS WHAT BLOGGERS DO).

I’ve actually had this dress for a while now, but I haven’t worn it out properly (believe it or not, I wear it to work a lot. And get many a strange look. Subtlety is not my speciality). It’s a little Missguided number and I’m assuming it’s snake print, but it may also be tiger print. Or some kind of tie dye. You choose ;). It can be bought at the bargain price of £14.99 here if you’re interested! I teamed it with a pair of hoof like wedges that I bought for gradball last year (sob sob, where has my life gone), which I do like but are a big baggy around the ankles. They were from Garage Shoes (I am a tramp, I know) and I am fairly certain that they are no longer available!

My hair looked crap.

Barry M NEW Product Launches | A/W 2013

We’ll state the absolute bloody obvious first: we love Barry M. Doesn’t everyone? Is there honestly anybody in the country whose life is not instantly improved when they set eyes upon that glowing technicoloured makeup stand of dreams in Boots? Well, apart from obvious people like dads who only care about football and pork pies, of course.

Whenever Barry M launch new products I basically become borderline hysterical with excitement – I’m sure my colleagues would be well within their rights to slap me to get me to calm down, to be honest (though if any of them tried it then I would be forced to open a can of whoop ass). So when photos and info of the brand’s new Autumn/Winter products started to pop up on my feed, I immediately had to have a look. And guess what – I’m excited.

Flawless Matte Finish Foundation

Barry M FoundationFirst up is this new range of foundation. Historically, I’ve always stuck to Barry M’s ‘fun’ products – i.e. the nail varnishes, lipsticks, lip glosses and the much-revered Dazzle Dusts. I’ve never really tried out their more basic items, but it definitely seems to be a market they’re trying to elbow their way into. These matte finish foundations are VERY exciting to me; as a chronic sufferer of Shiny Nose Syndrome (or SNS as it shall henceforth be known) I’m always attracted to more matte formulas but have yet to find one that truly does the job. This oil-free base which also promises to be hydrating could just be my saviour. Also, see that? They’re not just blendable; they’re SUPER blendable. Super exciting.

Eye and Cheek Palettes
‘Natural Glow’

Barry M Palette neutrals

‘Smokin’ Hot’

Barry M Palette dark‘Glamour Puss’

Barry M PaletteThese eye and cheek palettes promise to be a big success, with six eyeshadows and a blush together in a handy mirrored compact with two applicators. It’s nice to see Barry M stepping away from their typical brights and actually offering some great neutral shades alongside the shimmering colours you’d expect. I’ve only very recently dipped my massive generously-sized toe into the waters of eyeshadow application, so I’m thinking a couple of these could be superb additions to my makeup bag.

Lash Vegas Waterproof Mascara

Barry M MascaraI haven’t tried the original Lash Vegas mascara, but now there’s a waterproof version for all the weep-prone ladies out there. The spiral-shaped brush aims to catch all the little lashes and add definition and volume. I’m tempted to buy this and only ever wear it on Saturday nights – I have a strange tendency to cry at X Factor when ugly people get standing ovations (no, I don’t know why) so this could stop me from looking panda-eyed as well as completely ridiculous.

Matte Nail Paints

Barry M Matte NailsFor me, these are definitely the most exciting of the new products. I haven’t tried any matte nail varnishes yet, as most of the high street offerings seem to have received pretty poor reviews.  Whenever Barry M hop on a new nail bandwagon though, they tend to do it brilliantly so hopefully these will live up to the hype. I think matte black in particularly looks amazing on nails, so I’ll be very keen to give these a try.

Royal Glitter Collection Nail Paints

Barry M Royal GlitterBarry M’s glitter varnishes are up there as one of my favourite things in the world EVER, alongside puppies and Viennese Whirls. Some of the Textured Effect range has been hit and miss for me, but they’re always exciting to try and are guaranteed to give you an interesting look – and these glittery shades will be perfect as we get closer to Christmas party season.

Crystal Glaze Topcoat

Barry M Crystal

A crystallised finish top coat? If there’s anything that can get your inner J-Lo excited, then surely it’s that combination of words. Ever a fan of a chavvy nail and polishes with ‘bits’ in, I’ll definitely be giving this a go.

All of these products are due to launch on 25th of September in Superdrug, and the 2nd of October in Boots – which, fact fans, is two days before my birthday, giving you two whole days to go and buy me many many matte polishes as gifts.

What do you all think of these new products? Are you excited to try any of them?

Outfit of the Day: Leather Sleeved T-Shirt Dress

OOTD 8th September 1 SmallerT-shirt – Primark / Necklace – Primark / Boots – New Look / Socks – eBay

Merry Sunday everybody! So even though it was bloody FWEEZING last night and I actually debated putting the heating on, today has remained quite warm and it seems that summer’s determined to cling on for a while yet. However, we’ve already stated that here at Stylingo we’re feeling pretty over summer now (something which makes our friend Jade very angry, bahaha) and so I’m just not feeling very drawn to any of my summery dresses or denim bits at the moment. This outfit then, is my attempt at dressing weather-appropriate while still refusing to step back into the summery past.

OOTD 8th September

OOTD 8th September Legs

I featured this t-shirt in my August haul post where I stated that I’d bought it a few sizes too big to wear it as a dress. I’m pleased to say that I think this kind of works, which means I’m wearing a dress that cost just £4. The boots are my beloved New Look babies (which keep getting lots of lovely compliments when I wear them, huzzah) paired with the cheapy little lace socks I included in my eBay haul.

This is also the first time that my new white(ish) locks have been featured in an OOTD – what do you all think?

September eBay Haul: Fashion and Beauty

Anybody who knows me knows that I love a bit of eBay. Whether it’s screaming ‘YES, EAT MY DUST BITCHES’ when I speedily out-bid someone or just browsing for a Buy It Now bargain, I can (and do) happily spend hours of my life scouring the site.

I know that not everybody likes the auction aspect of the site (though how else do you people get your kicks if not from destroying other bidders with your super-fast finger skills?) but what always amazes me is how many people don’t understand the full wonders that can be found by shopping via eBay. I get literally so much junk useful hair, beauty and fashion bits from there that I either wouldn’t be able to track down on the high street, or would pay much more for.

I’ve had a fair few bits delivered from eBay the last month or so, so thought I would make a collective haul post to show you all my wares. All of these were bought brand new for a Buy It Now price.

ebay haul tangle 3
ebay haul tangleTangle Teezer by Shaun P – £8.50 (UK Seller)
My weave has a mind of it’s own so I decided it was definitely worth investing in one of these babies. The thick, widely spaced teeth glide through hair effortlessly, and I’m already wondering how I ever got through life without it. These have an RRP of £10.20 on the official site, so buying via this eBay seller will save you a couple of squid.

ebay haul t-shirt
ebay haul t-shirt 2‘You Can’t Sit With Us’ T-shirt – £6.99 (UK Seller)
If you don’t understand this t-shirt then you’re more stupid than Karen!

ebay haul coat
ebay Haul coat 2PU Sleeved Wool Mix Coat – £18.99 (Overseas Seller)
Here is a fact about me: last winter, I was very very cold most of the time. ‘DUH,’ I hear you cry, ‘everyone was cold! It was winter!’ But, dear readers, I was especially cold because I went the whole winter without ever wearing a proper coat. I alternated between my Topshop leather aviator jacket and a faux fur jacket from H&M, neither of which kept me particularly warm. I think last winter I just had a lot of other priorities which meant I was never willing to fork out for a proper coat (if I recall, I developed quite a strong addiction to frozen yoghurt which perhaps needed funding). This year, I decided to be ahead of the game.

You can’t tell from the awful photo but this coat is rather beautiful – its quilted leather sleeves give it a bit of a nod to winter fashion, while the black wool makes it still a very practical, work-appropriate piece of outerwear. As it came from China, I was a bit unsure of which size to get. They advise that a Small is a UK 6, a Medium a UK 8 and a Large a UK 10 (I know, how ridiculous is this – THANKS, CHINA). However, because of my height I find coats are often too big and bulky so decided to order the Small anyway – and it actually still comes up a little big, so I would definitely advise sizing down with this. It cost £18.99 and then about £5 on top of that for postage – so I have no idea why the tag marks it as over 80 euros. I have seen UK sellers on eBay attempting to sell this same coat for about £50 though, which is why it’s always worth having a proper search to see if you can get something cheaper overseas. I know people have problems with the long postage, but I think this actually came in around 10-14 days which I don’t think is too bad at all.

eBay Haul RollersSleep In Foam Rollers x 12  – £4.28 (UK Seller)
I’ve blogged about these previously, but they really are an excellent bargain. A set of the genuine Sleep-In Rollers will set you back around £20, which is just a bit stupid when you consider you’re buying hair rollers with bits of foam in them.

eBay Haul phone iPhone 4S White Quilted Cover – £3.29 (UK Seller)
I still can’t decide whether this is a bit chavvy, but considering I got it to replace my much-loved silver glitter case then it can definitely be regarded as an upgrade.

eBay Haul socksLace Ankle Socks – £1.19 per pair (Overseas Seller)
I was on the hunt for some quirky ankle socks and so was overjoyed to find these full-lace versions. I bought this white pair, as well as the black that you can see in my cut-out ankle boots post. Again, these arrived quicker than I expected.

eBay Haul brushes 2
eBay Haul brushesMakeup Brushes – £2.59 each
Do these remind anyone of a certain famous brand of makeup brushes? O’ course they do; at first glance they’re the spitting image of Real Techniques brushes. I first saw these very similar eBay brushes featured over on Rebecca-Louse’s fabulous blog Autumn Leaves, and decided to buy a few merely out of curiosity and to do a bit of an eBay dupes post.

However, I’ve actually been SO impressed with their quality. These brushes are amazingly soft and I haven’t experienced any loss of fibres yet either. I know some people will probably be dead against the very idea of these brushes because people are SO loyal to the cult RT brushes, but bargain hunters might be interested in picking up a couple to bulk out their brush collection.

eBay haul toner 2La Riche Directions White Toner – £7.89 for 2
I won’t say too much about this as I have a full review coming, but I bought two pots of this white toner after home bleaching my hair. I think these can be picked up a bit cheaper from stores, but this was the cheapest price I found online. Plus buying online meant I got them delivered nicely to my desk at work and didn’t actually have to go and interact with any smelly members of the public.

Do any of you love eBay as much as me? What do you think of this haul?
